Over the last few years Guelph has sustained a strong Seller’s market. Even through a pandemic, Seller’s continue to hold the power. So, if you have an investment property, you are sitting pretty! Act fast. The market is HOT right now and inventory does not last. Most homes have an offer day, this allows the property to be on the market for a designated amount of time, giving buyers a chance to get their ducks in a row - financing, inspection, etc. So, if a home is not holding off offers, I urge you to act fast!
